I would like to take the time to thank all the team at CRC – what an amazing service! The booking process was simple and the turnaround was frighteningly quick. When the collection team arrived on site, they were the epitome of professionalism; very thorough, good humoured and worked like Trojans. The after-care was equally superb, with certificates and logs all arriving quickly. They even managed to find a few serial numbers I had missed!
They are an oustanding company to work with, and I have no hesitation in giving them my highest personal recommendation.
Our technicians inform me that the schools are happy that they get the logs and certification needed, and also that you donate the equipment or break it down. We will continue to recommend your service as we do installations for new kit etc.
Data Driven is a software company based in Stoke on Trent.
As a business we have just attained the ISO14001 environmental and ISO27001 information security standards.
As part of both of these standards recycling of redundant IT equipment in a secure, legal, environmentally ethical and friendly way is a must.
We chose CRC as they are a local company that met all the legal criteria, employ staff who may have a disability, recycle all items 100% and the service is free, it doesn’t get more environmentally friendly and ethical than that!
The service supplied by Steve and the team at CRC was fantastic.
As a new customers I received a call within minutes of my online inquiry, a date was booked and the guys came and collected everything as promised along with all legally required documentation such as waste transfer notes etc. being provided.
An exceptional prompt and professional service which I cannot recommend highly enough.
Broxap in The Community: Community Recycling Consortium
Broxap are proud to be supporting a local Community Recycling Consortium (CRC) volunteer project which recycle and reuse IT equipment. The Community Recycling Consortium help support training and employment opportunities for vulnerable and disabled people in the local community, who might otherwise not have an opportunity to access adult training courses or employment.
The Community Interest Group based in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, collect the redundant IT equipment including computers, servers, printers and laptops from schools, colleges and businesses.
These products are then taken to the workshop to be examined. If an item is no longer usable, CRC will break down the component parts to be recycled or to be used in other donated equipment. If an item of IT equipment can be given an extended life, it is used for training where volunteers can learn how to repair the items. It is then used within community groups for further training opportunities.
Broxap recently had their first collection of IT hardware. We are proud to be supporting a great local cause.
Fast, efficient and friendly service from CRC, we have used them for a number of years now to dispose of our redundant IT equipment and I can thoroughly recommend them.

We got to use your company eventually, I know it’s taken a while for us to sort this. I must say that our Facilities Manager Tony Stubbs was impressed with the 2 men who came to collect from us. They were polite, and very hard working. Please pass on my comments to them.
We have used CRC for some time now and found the service they offer fits our needs exactly. With flexible collections and required documentation promptly emailed back CRC are able to remove our retired electrical equipment in the safe and secure manner we require’
Our school has used CRC on a number of occasions for the disposal of a range of IT equipment. The service has been extremely friendly and efficient, with certification to confirm proof that hard-drives etc have been deleted, which is very reassuring. I would recommend the service to other schools without reservation.
Excellent service provided by CRC. Communicated well throughout the process and a very quick turnaround with the old kit collected within a matter of days and paperwork sent back shortly after. Would definitely use CRC again for any future IT recycling requirements.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR LEEK SHOP IS NO LONGER OPERATING
Hello CRC Leek. I am sending you this e-mail from the recycled Dell Optiplex which I purchased from you at a fraction of the price that I paid for last 10 year computer & considerably better value than buying a new one. Thanks for your help over the phone when I was setting it up, it now seems to be working fine & is lightning fast compared to my old one. I hope the people in Leek appreciate what a great service you provide & continue supporting you in your endeavours. I have already started to pass the word around; I just hope I am not too successful in that respect, otherwise I will have to queue up to see you on Market day Wednesdays. Many Thanks
